Langan Engineering & Environmental Services is a land-development firm that offers integrated consulting services in Site/Civil, Geotechnical, Traffic Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, Environmental Engineering, Asbestos/Lead Remediation, Natural Resources Assessments/Permitting and Computer Consulting Services. We have incorporated sustainable design in our site planning, design and engineering, as well as our site-remediation planning to provide environmentally sound solutions for over 30 years. Langan has been an instrumental partner in many Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and sustainable-design projects. Our current staff includes over 580 design and technical professionals who hold engineering and related university degrees; over 75 are LEED-accredited. We are devoted to developing sustainable sites with an emphasis on low impact site design, integrated stormwater management, brownfield redevelopment, materials recycling, energy conservation and renewable-energy design.
