design principles for the projects we create and develop, but also to
green practices in all of our everyday business activities. To ensure
a continued reduction in our carbon footprint, we follow an in-house
Green Practices Policy developed to codify and improve the efficient
use of energy, water and materials within the office, reduce waste,
and encourage smart transportation alternatives.

In 2009, BLTa was named as one of the “Top 50” by Architect Magazine,
